Welcome! PLS Surveys, Inc. was founded in 1991 by Julia E. Terry, PLS to fill a niche in the East Bay with a small woman-owned business. One year later, Joe Brajkovich, PLS came onboard bringing construction staking experience. We are now certified as an SBE by the State, City of Oakland, County of Alameda and various other government agencies.
In 1997, PLS added hydrographic surveys to it's repertoire which by then had included: boundary, topography, GIS, elevation monitoring, ALTA's, right-of-way, environmental monitoring and aerial control.
