Julia Terry, PLS--
Julia began her career with CCCSD in 1975, working in the engineering department filling in on the survey crews as needed. She later worked with EBMUD on the survey crews. With Majors Engineering, she was the office liaison for the construction survey crews. During her tenure with The Humann Company in 1988, she became licensed and provided all Boundary and Topographic Surveys. In 1991, she started PLS Surveys to fill a niche for a woman-owned business.

Joseph Brajkovich, PLS--

Joe began surveying in the mid-seventies.  His career had him working both in the office providing design under a lead Engineer and also in the field where he became a Chief of Party in the early 80's.  He became licensed in 1983 while working for The Humann Company.  He joined Julia in 1992 and has worked in both the field and office since then.  In 1997 Joe attained his license as a ship's Captain and conducts our hydrographic surveys.
